"My story starts like most peoples, I was unhappy with my weight and finally decided to do something about it. My wife, Laurie, had been eating healthy for quite some time. I thought that I was eating the same way but I just couldn't lose weight. I didn't understand why but I also wasn't concerned about it either. I wasn't gaining anymore so it was status quo. It wasn't until my knees and the ankle that I broke 4 years ago really started to hurt that I asked her why. It turns out that while I was eating a little healthy, it wasn't enough. I found out that I needed to change my thinking about what I eat and why I eat some of the foods that I did. I don't deny myself but I am aware of my thoughts also. I am not justifying or lying to myself when I go a little off track. Q. What diet do you use?
A. I don't use diets, this is a lifestyle change. However, if you are following a diet currently, I can teach you the fundamentals of why it may or may not work for you.
Q. How long is your program?
A. That depends on you. I recommend 3 months and then you can assess your progress and see what you need. It takes 21 consistent days to make a change stick, so that is at least one month of not deviating from your plan.
Q. How do you obtain your health information?
A. I follow a lot of holistic doctors and people in the health field online. I attend summits and keep up on many topics related to food and how it is impacting our body. I am especially interested in the gut-brain connection, how your body breaks down food and heals itself, GMO's and what is happening to our food supply.

A. I have been studying and applying what I have learned for over 15 years now, however, I created this program (Love Your Reflection) just for you.
Q. Are you a nutritionist?
A. I am not a certified nutritionist however I follow all the nutritional principals and do recommend an organic meal plan with fruits, vegetables and lean proteins.
